The week on a Mac: planned meals by day and slot, with calories and macros planned against the weekly target. The gather list: 42 ingredients for the week, sorted under Produce, each with its amount and the recipe it is for. Brewing the shakshuka: step one of five in large type, its ingredients, and a timer at 7:59. The tracker: a day's calories and protein, carbs and fat against targets, with the meals logged.
